PTSP Services Goes To Mall in East Jakarta Gets Positive Response

"235 people consult on licensing and 205 other people consult on non-licensing

The PTSP Goes To Mall service, which was held by the East Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (PM and PTSP) Sub-agency at AEON Mall Jakarta Garden City, Cakung Timur Urban Village, Cakung Sub-district, served hundreds of people who consulted on licensing and non-licensing.

Ciracas Sub-district PTSP Executing Unit Officer Nugroho said, since Friday (11/22) until Sunday (11/24) at 12 PM, his side had managed to serve as many as 440 people.

"235 people consult on licensing and 205 other people consult on non-licensing. We open at 10 AM to 9 PM," he expressed, Sunday (11/24).

Aside that, there are also 70 people processing the IUMK, 120 people for IMB, 35 people for SIUP, 150 people for non-licensing and zoning and 55 others for e-ID Card.

"We also distribute licensing brochures and give entertainment with the Sholeh and Usi clowns who are the acronyms of the Solution," he told.

He predicted that the service would be able to serve 500 people.

One of mall visitors Dahlia expressed that he really appreciated it.

"I'm satisfied with the services provided by the officers. They provide services well and are very easy to understand," she stated.
